At the present time, half of the people infected with HIV have developed AIDS. Read more	HARBASINS: a Pan-European project for North Sea water management The project is focused on the harmonisation of the EU Water Framework Directive (WFD) with the Habitats and Birds Directive and with Integrated Coastal Zone Management. This focus will ultimately lead to ecosystem restoration and compatible instruments to ensure sound environmental management of estuaries and interconnected coastal zones.
