New company name:
Chuchawal Royal Haskoning
On 11 August chief shareholder Chuchawal Pringpuangkeo, and Jan Bout, chairman of the Board of Management of Royal Haskoning, announced the new name of Chuchawal – De Weger Internationaal Ltd., Chuchawal Royal Haskoning Ltd. The two have been working together since the takeover of De Weger by Royal Haskoning in 2001. In the Thai market Chuchawal Royal Haskoning will continue all the operations in urban planning, infrastructure, buildings, docks, industry, energy, water and the environment. The majority of its clients are government agencies, international financial institutions and multinationals. Royal Haskoning employs 4300 staff in 68 offices in 24 different countries.
